Agricultural tours would ideally be in our summer months, when we have the big cattle and sheep shows, as well as the cattle and sheep auctions on the larger farms. Jeremy Wood's in-laws have been farming in Patagonia (on both sides of the Andes) for generations, so we know where to go and whom to see!
